Diagnosis and medication often help, but there's more to it; really understanding yourself and the way your brain works can lighten the load dramatically. Even people who've known about their ADHD for years are surprised to learn about certain symptoms; “You mean that's ADHD? I thought that was just me!” And newly diagnosed people can feel overwhelmed with the steep learning curve.
As a coach, I’ll hold your
hand, be your cheerleader, and also call you on beliefs that are holding you
back.
Everyone has a different
flavor of ADHD. I’ve built a large body of knowledge about ADHD so we can
figure out where it shows up in your life and find ways to work with or around
it. And here’s the good news: there are ways!
A coach is not a boss,
mentor, or therapist: I’ll be your partner as you work toward your goals. Think
of me like a GPS: you decide where you're going, and I'm here to assist. If
we go off track, I'll check in – are we changing the destination, or do we need
to replot our path?
My fundamental belief is that
you have the capacity to do what you want and need to do: you have your own
answers. But it can be hard to find them, especially if a lifetime of
living with ADHD has you doubting your abilities. Let's rebuild that trust. I see ADHD as a difference
rather than a disability. It has surprising benefits as well as challenges. And
you are more than your ADHD!
My job is to help you find
your strengths and reframe your challenges so that you can reach your goals
and reclaim your potential.

“Lynn is a skilled and
talented listener. She has a lifetime of
experience and skills to be an incredibly effective coach – I started getting
results as soon as we started working together. As my coach, Lynn helps me get
clear on what it is I want and how I'm going to get it. I know what I need to
make my life work for me and I feel confident asking to have my needs met.” – CM
“Lynn’s coaching style is nurturing, strengths-based and energizing. I always look forward to my session with Lynn and she has this incredible ability to normalize my ADHD tendencies and meet me where I am in the moment. Her genuine curiosity, ability to truly hear me, along with her ability to ask questions that move me forward towards a shift in perspective, are subtle yet incredibly refined, effective and gently powerful.” – LBF
“I worked with Lynn on a
few specific tasks: one was around my frequent procrastinating about getting
ready in the morning. Lynn helped me
come up with techniques on my own that worked for me, rather than telling me
what would be best for me to do – and it was fun and effortless to talk to her
about my issues.” – DLA
“Lynn is a rare blend – warm and inviting, patient and perceptive.
Bonus – she truly understands how ADHD impacts daily life. But I recommend Lynn for individuals with or
without ADHD.” – SP
“Lynn is insightful and
very knowledgeable about the brains of us ADHD folks. It is so helpful, both to hear her
explanations, to hear many others experience these challenges/quirks, and to
get some strategies, lots of strategies:) It helps tremendously to articulate
my challenges and to have a witness for my successes!” – BB
“Lynn has mentored me to
see and accept my diversity as exactly the gift that nurtures my growth. I met her at a time of my life with a lot of
stagnation and low energy – and we started from there, acceptance started
there. She has also linked me with
scientific theories as well as inspirational outlooks that I could choose from – I have never lost agency of making sense of myself." – CC
“I had a pile of
professional projects I could work on next, and I had no idea how to sort them
and get started. Lynn helped me talk through what I valued most about my work
and shuffle tasks into the best order so I could finally get started on
them!” – GF
